D-VORM Tablets
- D-VORM chewable tablet for oral administration to dogs and Puppies contains three active ingredients such as Praziquantel, Febantel and Pyrantel Embonate with different modes of action and spectrums of activity. This combination offers a safe and effective treatment for a broad spectrum of parasites such as Ascarids, Whipworms, Hookworms and Tapeworms.
Composition: Each Uncoated Tablet Contains
- Praziquantel IP-50 mg/100mg/175 mg/250mg
- Pyrantel Embonate IP-144mg/288mg/504mg/720mg
- Febantel IP-150 mg/300mg/525mg/750mg
- Silybin 5 mg/10mg/17.5mg/25mg
Dose:
- Praziquantel 5 mg/kg b.wt, Pyrantel Embonate 14.4 mg/kg b.wt & Febantel 15 mg/kg b.wt. For Dogs in Farming areas and Breeders place or multiple Pets where more frequent deworming may be necessary as often as every two weeks. it may be decided based on doing Fecal test for Eggs and larvae.

Indications:
- D-Vorm Tablet is a Broad Spectrum Anthelmintic indicated for removal of Tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis & Echinococcus granulosus) and removal and control of Echinococcus multilocularis and for removal of Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum & Uncinaria stenocephala), Ascarids (Toxocara canis & Toxascaris leonina), and Whipworms (Trichuris vulpis) in Dogs..
Directions for Use:
- Oral administration, the tablet(s) can be given directly to the dog or disguised in food. Access to normal diet does not need to be limited before or after treatment. Puppies should be treated at 2 weeks of age and every 2 weeks until 12 weeks of age. Thereafter, they should be treated at 2 months intervals.
Caution: Do not use in pregnant dogs.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
