Delivery
How much is delivery?
Free on orders over ₹799. Below that, a small delivery charge applies; you'll see it at checkout once you enter your pincode. You can also pick up for free from our Sankar Nagar store.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to selected pincodes in Salem city. Enter your pincode on any product page or at checkout to check.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–2 days. Your expected date shows when you enter your pincode.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, ₹299.
How do I track my order?
Use Track your order with your order number and mobile number, or open Account, then Orders.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, for most pincodes and order values. Checkout shows whether it's available for your order. You can pay the delivery partner in cash or by UPI.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card details are entered in Razorpay's secure window and never reach our servers.
Returns and refunds
What can I return?
Unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Opened food, treats, supplements, medicines and used grooming or hygiene items can't be returned for safety reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you.
How long do refunds take?
After approval: UPI and wallets 2–7 business days, cards 5–10 business days, bank transfers 3–10 business days.
Products and advice
Are your products genuine?
Yes. The shop is run by Fur & Feather Pet Clinic and stocks the products the clinic uses and recommends.
Can a vet help me choose?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 95144 40053 with your pet's age, weight and the problem, and our team will help.
Why do some products show “Price on request”?
Some veterinary and livestock products vary in price by quantity and batch. Message or call us and we'll confirm the price.
