At Fur & Feather Pet Shop, customer satisfaction and pet safety are our priorities. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds may be accepted.
By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. General Policy
- Returns and refunds are accepted only in accordance with this policy.
- Products must be purchased directly from Fur & Feather Pet Shop.
- Management reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection and verification.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A return may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Expired product delivered
- Defective product received
- Missing items in the order
- Product significantly different from the description
To qualify:
- The issue must be reported within the specified return window.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Product photos/videos may be requested for verification.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
3.1 Pet Food and Treats
- Opened pet food packages
- Opened treats and supplements
- Refrigerated or perishable items
3.2 Medicines and Healthcare Products
- Veterinary medicines
- Deworming products
- Tick/flea treatments
- Prescription products
- Opened healthcare items
3.3 Hygiene and Grooming Products
- Opened shampoos or sprays
- Grooming tools after use
- Used hygiene products
4. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return within 7 days:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
- Invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
- The item must not show signs of damage, misuse, or tampering.
5. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for 7-day returns:
- Opened pet food or treats
- Medicines and healthcare products
- Grooming and hygiene products after use
- Customized products
- Perishable items
6. Return Process
Customers must:
- Contact Fur & Feather Pet Shop customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Product photos/videos
- Reason for return
- Wait for return approval before shipping or handing over the product.
7. Inspection and Approval
Returned items will be inspected after receipt.
If approved, customers may receive:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund as per refund policy
8. Refund Timeline
After approval:
- UPI/Wallet refunds: 2–7 business days
- Card refunds: 5–10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 3–10 business days
9. Shipping Charges
- Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable.
- Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to shop error or damaged delivery.
10. Important Note
Fur & Feather Pet Shop reserves the right to reject returns that:
- Exceed the 7-day return period
- Lack original packaging
- Show signs of use or damage
- Violate hygiene or safety standards
